One of my favourite underwater photos hangs on the wall at a friends home. The picture has been created by Dos Winkel. I could look at it for hours. Underwater photography is an art. I have no aspirations to make such beautiful pictures. We just don’t find the time for it because we are creating artificial coral reefs. But we do like to share nice pictures of our work. The SeaLife Micro HD makes all these wonderful pictures, only the colours by the filtering action of the water may not be truly beautiful. Previously, it had to be corrected using an expensive photo-editing program like Photoshop. Fortunately, there is now a much simpler solution: Picture-Fix Vivid-Pix.
Underwater you easily shoot dozens of pictures, it is useful if the software can quickly process those photos. And that is exactly what Picture-Fix does.
You can easily and quickly add multiple photos into the program. It then gives for each photo 9 examples how the image can be improved. You just choose the best option. After that you can correct contrast, brightness and colours.
By clicking “Reset Corrections” Picture-Fix will turn back to the 9th selection options. Are you satisfied with the result, then the image is saved under the same name with the addition, in the same folder. The original stays preserved.
